When registering for access, we need to verify your registration information with the data we have on file. If you are unable to provide your Serial Number, and you did not purchase CLACom directly from us or have never registered before, we generally will need more information from you such as Distributor Name and approximate Date of Purchase. It also helps us to know your current CLACom version Number and Compile Date.
Versioning information can be obtained by right clicking on the CLACOM32.DLL file (or CLALIT32.DLL if using the Lite version) and selecting Properties. On the Version Tab (Detals Tab in Vista) you will find the Compile Date and Version Number. The Properties Screen should look similar to the following:
